Frank H. Logan, 64, of Dickinson, TX was born April 28, 1945 in Port Arthur and passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2009 in Baytown. He was preceded in death by his parents, F. H. and Thalda Logan and sons, Frank Logan, Jr. and Frank Logan, III. He is survived by his wife, Chay Hobbs of Dickinson; son, John Michael Logan of Huffman; daughters and son-in-law, Candace and Ruben Fernandez and Jennifer Drummond, all of Baytown; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Bill Moorhead of Lake Rayburn; and 7 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home in Baytown with Dr. Gary Richardson officiating.
